We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in hotel management.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist the Hotel Manager in daily operations and management of the hotel

- Oversee staff and ensure high levels of customer service

- Manage human resources functions such as hiring, training, and scheduling

- Implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally

- Supervise various hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

- Support the Hotel Manager in maintaining high cleanliness and service standards

**Skills:**

- Experience in hotel management or related field

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills

- Knowledge of human resources practices

- Proficiency in revenue management techniques

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Multilingual abilities are a plus

- Background in hospitality industry preferred

- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
